Pool Hours - 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Pool Rules

• The pool is for the use of Tyler's Reserve and Reserve Estate members in good standing and their guests only.  A maximum of ten (10) guests per lot per visit is allowed.  Members are responsible for the actions of their guests.

• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and older)

• A "Key" must be used to enter the pool gate.  Please DO NOT jump over the gate.

• The pool phone is provided for emergencies and quick calls only.

• No Diving

• Glass of any kind is prohibited in the pool area.

• Bikes, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, and animals are prohibited in the pool area.

• Running, pushing, or any form of horseplay is prohibited in the pool area.

• No Large Pool Toys

• All accidents and/or injuries must be immediately reported to the managing agent

• Main pool gates and Baby pool gates MUST be closed at ALL times.

• Children in the toddler pool must be attended by an adult at all times.

• Appropriate swim attire is required.  Cut-off jeans or street clothes are prohibited

• All persons using the pool area do so at their own risk.  The Association is not responsible for personal injury, damages to personal items, or property theft or loss.

• All swimmers must hose or shower off sand and debris before entering the pool. Persons violating these rules and regulations are subject to revocation and/or suspension of the Pool and Recreational Privilege

Pool Use and Safety information

• No Lifeguard on Duty

• Leave Pool Area Clean, Dispose of garbage in the garbage cans provided.

• Check the Lost and Found Box and take home what is yours.

• Safety Equipment (Life Ring, Backboard, and Shepard's Hook) are for Emergencies ONLY

• Keep all pool equipment, such as, skimmer baskets, etc.  in place to protect equipment.

• A First Aid kit is available by the phone for any accidents.

Pool Reservations

The pool facility is available for use to ALL Tyler's Reserve and Reserve Estates residents in good standing.  You may reserve the pool during the hours of 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.  Contact by email at [email protected] to reserve the pool facility for your event.
