This page was developed to help make membership assessment payments easier for the members of Tylers Reserve and Tylers Reserve Estates. Below are the methods, terms and conditions for the 2009 Membership Assessment. Payment Amount 2009:
Tylers Reserve - $475.00 Tylers Reserve Estates - $575.00 Pond Assessment $700.00

Payment Methods
We accept Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A convenience charge of $15.00 will be added for payments using a credit card.

Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Payment in full is due on or before May 15, 2013 2. A monthly late payment charge of $25.00 per month and retro active to January 1, 2013 will be automatically added to your total balance for missing the due date. 3. Late payment charges applied if payment is not received or postmarked by the due date. 4. If you have a hardship in meeting these terms, please call to discuss any special accommodation request prior to the payment due date. Special requests will not be considered after a due date has passed. 5. Make all checks/money orders or bank electronic payments payable to Home Owners Association of Tylers Reserve or via paypal at gr8hoagmail.com 6. Include Account Number and/or include the remittance portion of the invoice with your payment.
